The Bravo 360™ Three-Layer Lift is Mauricee Bravo-Hibberd’s signature facial rejuvenation protocol, designed to address the multiple anatomical changes that occur as the face ages.
Rather than treating isolated lines or simply adding volume, the protocol considers changes in facial structure, fat distribution, skin firmness and skin quality. Each treatment plan is individually designed following a detailed assessment of the patient’s facial anatomy, ageing pattern and desired outcome.
The Bravo 360™ approach combines:
Together, these elements work across the deeper foundations, soft-tissue compartments and surface quality of the face to create a balanced, natural-looking result.
The foundation of Bravo 360™ is Mauricee’s signature dermal filler technique, in which filler is placed strategically across different anatomical depths according to where support has been lost.
Dermal filler is placed at deeper anatomical levels to help compensate for age-related loss of skeletal support and restore projection in carefully selected areas.
This may include the temples, cheeks, chin, jawline or other structural points depending on the patient’s individual anatomy.
Ageing affects the facial fat compartments differently. Some lose volume, descend or become less supportive, contributing to flattening, shadows and changes in facial contour.
Careful restoration of selected fat compartments helps improve support, soften transitions and rebalance facial proportions without creating an overfilled appearance.
Small, strategically placed amounts of filler may be used more superficially to soften visible lines, refine contours and improve transitions between treated areas.
This final layer is used selectively. The aim is not to fill every line, but to create a cohesive and natural result across the face.
The signature three-depth dermal lift is then integrated with two further treatment components to address the skin itself.
1. Structural Dermal Lifting Mauricee’s three-depth filler technique restores support across the deep structural plane, facial fat compartments and selected superficial areas.
2. Energy-Based Skin Remodelling LaserMe is used to support collagen remodelling and improve visible firmness, texture, pores and overall skin quality.
3. Injectable Biorevitalisation HydroDeluxe biorevitalisation supports hydration, elasticity and luminosity, completing the protocol by treating the quality of the skin rather than facial structure alone.
Bravo 360™ is not a standard liquid facelift or a fixed manufacturer-led treatment.
It is an anatomy-led, multi-modality protocol developed through Mauricee’s clinical experience of combining structural dermal filler placement, energy-based technologies and regenerative skin treatments.
The products, treatment depths and sequence are selected according to the individual patient. Not every patient requires treatment in every area, and the aim is always proportionate restoration rather than excessive volume.
The protocol may be suitable for patients concerned about:
The objective of Bravo 360™ is not to change the patient’s identity or create an obviously treated appearance.
By considering the deeper facial foundations, soft-tissue support and skin quality together, the protocol is designed to restore balance, improve facial harmony and support a refreshed result that remains recognisably you.
